Cancel Online Account

All members can register for an online account either on the mobile app or on bcbsal.org. Your online account allows you to access your benefits and claims information, view or email a digital copy of your member ID card, track your deductible and out-of-pocket spend, find an in-network provider with the Find a Doctor tool, and communicate securely with Customer Service.

If you wish, you also have the ability to cancel your account from the app or bcbsal.org.

Cancel your online account from the mobile app

1. Click the "Cancel Online Access" link at the very bottom of the Menu screen
2. Log in to the mobile app
3. Confirm account deletion by clicking the "Cancel Online Access" button
