Cancel Online Account

All Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama members can register for a myBlueCross account either on the Alabama Blue mobile app or on the website at AlabamaBlue.com. Your myBlueCross account allows you to access your benefits and claims information, view or email a digital copy of your member ID card, track your deductible and out-of-pocket spend, find an in-network provider with the Find a Doctor tool, and communicate securely with Customer Service.

If you wish, you also have the ability to cancel your account from the app or AlabamaBlue.com.

Cancel your myBlueCross account from the Alabama Blue mobile app

1. Log in to the Alabama Blue mobile app
2. Visit your Menu screen by tapping the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the app
3. Click the "Cancel Online Access" link at the very bottom of the Menu screen
4. Confirm account deletion by clicking the "Cancel Online Access" button
