Did you know you don't have to do it alone?
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama offers members a support system to help manage any chronic conditions, long-term illnesses or extensive injuries. We are dedicated to providing programs and services to improve our members' health and the quality of care they receive.
The Member Management support system assists members in a variety of ways, from wellness services — such as regular checkups — to specialty services for individual needs.
The program is voluntary and there is no additional cost for Blue Cross members and their covered dependents to participate.
Our approach is one that puts the health of our members first.
- A clinician is available to research, assess, coordinate and monitor healthcare needs and provide information on community resources.
- Specialty services are available for individual needs such as chronic and complex medical conditions, pediatrics, organ transplants, physical rehabilitation and behavioral health.
