To sign-up, call the Customer Service number on the back of your member ID card, OR sign in to myBlueCross, and select ‘Review and Pay My Bill’ under the Manage My Contract section.

Pay Online

Pay your bill online by logging in to myBlueCross on Alabama Blue.com OR use the Alabama Blue mobile app. Once logged in, under Manage My Contract select 'Review and Pay My Bill.'

Pay Over the Phone

Pay your bill over the phone by calling the Customer Service number on the back of your member ID card and taking advantage of our interactive voice response system.

Mail Your Payment

Send in your payment through the Postal Service according to the plan you have:
