In the next few weeks, you may receive a Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey in the mail. If you receive this survey, we encourage you to fill it out and return it.   
 
You'll answer questions about:   

  •   Getting care and seeing specialists  
 
 •   Scheduling appointments  
 
 •   Doctor communication  
 
 •   Your overall health
