Case Management Testimonials

What Blue Cross members are saying about Case Management:
“[My Blue Cross nurse] was amazing, and her kind words, knowledge and overall attitude towards helping me was incredible. You need more people like her. As a matter of fact, you should make her a customer service coordinator. She put a silver lining on what was otherwise a very ominous situation regarding my healthcare benefits. I can’t thank her enough!!”
“[My Blue Cross nurse] was wonderful with the information she gave me and always checked up on me to make sure I wasn’t having any problems through the process. I highly praise her, and this program has been a tremendous help to my family!”
“[My Blue Cross nurse] was extremely delightful to talk to. She is not only very knowledgeable, but she also made me feel like she really cared about how I was and that everything was taken care of. While still being professional, I really enjoyed feeling like I had a friend to go through this hard process with. Anyone who gets her as a [Blue Cross nurse] is very lucky and will have any questions they have answered with patience, good information and kindness.”
