Today at the gym, try some time-saving compound lifts.

Compound lifts (like lunges, deadlifts, and pushups) work several muscle groups at the same time. On days when you’re short on time, incorporate these moves for a full-body workout in just a few minutes.  

Super Squats:

Supersetting — aka doing several exercises in a row without rest — can also shave minutes off a gym session.    

Pick It Up:

Cardio intervals use maximum effort and minimum time to achieve results, fast.
