Know Where to Go:
Get the Right Care at the Right Time

Learn how understanding your care options helps improve health outcomes!

Your primary care provider (PCP) takes care of your non-emergency health issues that are not life-threatening. If you need care after regular hours, on weekends or during holidays, your PCP can tell you where to go. But if you’re in severe pain or facing a life-threatening situation, call 911 or go to the emergency room right away.

Have questions about your medical options? Call us today at 1-888-341-5030 (TTY: 711), Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Central Time to speak with a Registered Nurse. We’re here to help!
