National Walk@Lunch Day 2020
Don’t work through lunch … Walk through it!
Join Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama (BCBSAL) at one of the National Walk@Lunch Day events in 2020. You can walk in one of our sponsored walking events below, or plan one of your own with co-workers and friends! After the events, keep the momentum going by walking daily. With 30 minutes per day and a comfortable pair of shoes, you can:
- Decrease your risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Reduce stress
- Improve muscle tone
